On Nut Market
On Nut is the terminal station of BTS Sukhumvit line. It is a big residential part of the city. Therefore, there are 2 big supermarkets and a local fresh market in this area. Tesco Lotus is just where you get off the skytrain and Carrefour is located only 50 m. into soi 77. Opposite Carrefour is On Nut local market where merchants sell fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits, and meats. Furthermore, from this station, it is convenient to go to Bangna and Samut Prakan Province either by bus or taxi.

Wat Thammongkhon
Located on Sukhumwit 101, Wat Thammongkhon is where the world's largest jade Buddha is enshrined. This jade Buddha image is 164 cm in width, 210 cm high and weighs 4,000 kg. This gigantic jade stone was discovered under an icy lake in Canada before it was shipped to Thailand and crafted in shape of the Buddha image. Meditation clases are available there.

Here is the world's largest crocodile farm with over 60,000 crocs in stock. Visitors can also view a crocodile wrestling show and elephant shows which are presented several times daily. Besides, there is a modest sized zoo with some rare animals such as tigers, chimpanzees, lions, leopards, pythons, camels, etc. Open daily from 8.00 to 18.00 hrs.
